Client Service Specialist
At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy who are looking for a Client Service Specialist for their Pensions team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the consultancy team day to day with market reviews and scheme renewals
- Dealing with client and employer queries both verbal & written
- Proactively manage your workload and ensure all internal systems are compliant
Essential Criteria:
- Good understanding of all Group Pension providers in the current market
- Self-starter and willing to learn
- Experience across the pensions industry
This role would be hybrid to either a Bristol or London office twice a week with two different routes to progression across the business.
