You can choose to work with Grant Thornton as an Independent Consultant either through your own limited company or on inside IR35 terms.

Joining us in Finance Consulting

The Finance Consulting practice is a specialist business unit within Business Consulting service line, helping clients to assess the effectiveness of Finance, diagnose root causes of performance levels, and implement adjustments to value levers or enablers to effect the right changes.

Joining the Agile Talent Community as an interim Finance Transformation Business Analyst, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for

  • Experience working on large-scale finance transformation projects.
  • Experience of finance processes, process mapping, business analysis, create risk and control metrics.
  • Financial reporting or Audit background or Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing experience is desirable.
  • IPO / Listed entities experience, and documentation of clear maps is highly desired.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with industry and/or practice/consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - capable of managing communications and engagement at all levels
  • Ability to take initiative and self-manage, with a 'can do' attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure
