**Your Role:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be an essential part of our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing order quotes
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Processing refunds
- Providing customer support
- Handling product returns
- Checking availability and lead times (liaising with suppliers)
- Keeping customers and suppliers updated
- Maintaining accurate product data
- Performing general ad-hoc duties
