Assistant Manager | Bristol | Up to £24,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus + Benefits
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a popular, expanding and service focused retail brand in Bristol, This role is a 36hour contract and opening hours between 9am - 6pm.
As Assistant Manager you will work with a fun, experienced and high functioning team! You will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be leading a team to drive sales and service within the store.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading well by example, driving sales and maximising results
- Managing a strong team of Sales Associates
- Driving company expectations and KPI's
- Delivering exceptional customer service and influcencing your team to do the same
- Inspiring, coaching and development of the team
Experience Required:
- Retail management experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
- Experience with managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Bubbly, fun & engaging personality - this is a fast paced environment so you will thrive in this setting.
