In this role as Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties to close property sales
- Working with the Director on property valuations
- Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office
What we are looking for:
- Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
- The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a good car allowance will be provided
- Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
