Scheduling Administrator - Kilmarnock
Role and Requirements:
Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator to join our Power & Civils Distribution business based in Kilmarnock.
Within the Scheduling Administrator role you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing your own workload from start to finish making sure all systems are up to date.
- Outbound and inbound call handling
- Scheduling appointments and updating the diary
- Updating and managing spreadsheets
For this Scheduling Administrator role we need candidates with the following skils and experience:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word / Excel and work management tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Experience in customer service or advisor roles.
This is a permanent position, you will join an established team and we are able to give training to candidates who can display the required skill set, experience and attitude. Candidates with experience of managing installation processes, working with engineers who are attending pre-planned visits to residential and domestic customers and good data entry and communication skills are of specific interest. This Scheduling Administrator is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8-4pm at our Kilmarnock office.
