Are you a skilled Facilities Technician with expertise in plumbing systems? Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the client's facility's infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical/electrical equipment supporting the facility, including HVAC, and fire protection.
- Perform basic facility repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Verify and document proper operation of mechanical equipment.
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
- Spot cleaning, painting, and light construction.
- Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for events.
Qualifications:
- NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing
- Desired skills: plumbing, painting, joinery
- Not essential, but having knowledge of gas would be advantageous.
