About the Role:
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, with a focus on driving quality traffic, increasing conversions, and improving ROI. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic and improve online visibility
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise for cost-effectiveness
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink strategies
- Monitor website analytics, reporting on performance and making data-led recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams on content creation, landing pages, and user experience improvements
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and industry changes (especially within search marketing)
About You:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on SEO and PPC
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage your own time and priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine enthusiasm for all things digital
