Our client is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a growing e-commerce business based in Swindon – offering hybrid working, a great team environment, and genuine autonomy.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, with a focus on driving quality traffic, increasing conversions, and improving ROI. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic and improve online visibility
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise for cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink strategies
  • Monitor website analytics, reporting on performance and making data-led recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content creation, landing pages, and user experience improvements
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and industry changes (especially within search marketing)

About You:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on SEO and PPC
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage your own time and priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine enthusiasm for all things digital
