A Temporary Part-Time Credit Controller is being recruited for our client based in Blandford. This would be an immediate start after interview and would be for about 6 months and weekly hours are flexible but approx 15-20.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining sales ledger: issuing invoices and receiving payments
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
- Dealing with any queries
- Production of credit control reports and escalate any serious outstanding debts to Finance Manager
Ideally you will have an accounting qualification (e.g. AAT) and/or a credit management qualification, previous credit control experience and able to demonstrate some achievements in debt reduction. A good telephone manner, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team is also needed.
