Our client is looking for a Team Manager who can demonstrate these skills and take a team of field agents to the next level.

This role offers:

  • Salary - £40,000 + Monthly Commission
  • Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home following probation period)

As the Team Manager, you will be based at the companies Head Office in Stone, and will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of a team of up to 15 field agents.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Performance Reviews / Appraisals
  • 1-2-1's
  • Feedback Sessions
  • Team Meetings
  • Training and Development

What you'll get:
