Interim Accounts Manager

VACANCY - Interim Accounts Manager (3 month contract)

LOCATION - Perth (with some remote working)

REMUNERATION - Dependent upon experience

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department.

Duties:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
