We are looking for a Line Leader to join our busy factory based in Wrexham. As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, overseeing the efficient operation of the production line and ensuring that our team meets production targets and quality standards.
The Line Leader Role -
- Supervise and lead a team of machine operators and packers.
- Set up and start machinery for production.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the production line to detect any malfunctions or inefficiencies.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues.
- Ensure products are picked and packed accurately and efficiently, ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
The Ideal Line Leader Candidate -
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
