Executive Assistant to Directors

  • Annual Salary: £39,594
  • Location: Tadworth, Surrey
  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working Available
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directors and the Senior Leadership Team. This role is crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of our Directors through meticulous information management, administrative support, and leading specific projects.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide high-level administrative support including managing communications, drafting, editing, and formatting documents.
  • Prioritise and manage incoming mail and emails, ensuring that urgent matters are promptly addressed.
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for the Directors.
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, including venue, equipment, and refreshments, and take minutes as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date emergency procedures files and monitor team performance development review (PDR) dates.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Process expenses and manage corporate credit card transactions for the Directors.
  • Support and cover for the Senior Executive Assistant or Governance Officer as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Competent in using office software including email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
