First Contact Resolution team

at Walnut Court in Swindon. This is a permanent office role where you can make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be at the heart of our customer-centric contact centre, handling inbound calls. Each call is unique, from explaining water bills to assisting customers with financial difficulties find the best tariff for them. You'll listen, empathise, and find proactive solutions.

No Experience? No Problem!

Flexible shifts:

The hours of work are 36 hours a week, following a shift pattern that varies from month to month between 8 am - 8 pm & 1 in every 4 Saturdays. One of our friendly team members will discuss available shifts with you.

Attend our assessment centre where you'll have the opportunity to meet and engage with colleagues in our Swindon office.
