Responsibilities:

  • Manage an established portfolio of independent pet stores and garden centers.
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts with a focus on the independent retail channel.
  • Analyse sales data and generate insightful reports for effective forecasting.

About You:

  • Skilled Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience in pet or garden industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through exceptional relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • IT literate.
