Management Accountant - Study Support Available - Hybrid Working - Growing business
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a growing, manufacturing organisation in their recruitment of a part qualified Management Accountant. This role has arisen due to growth and there are further growth plans predicted (predominantly by acquisition). This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious CIMA/ACCA studier to join as a Management Accountant and progress as the business evolves.
The Role
The Management Accountant duties will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and other financial reports
- Preparing & posting monthly accruals, prepayments and other accounting entries
- Assisting with reporting
- Developing and overseeing financial systems and procedures
- Identifying opportunities for process/systems improvements
- Communicating with all levels within the organisation and being able to present financial information to non-finance members of staff
The Person
The requirements for the Management Accountant role are:
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA and actively studying towards your qualifications
- Ambitious individual who is keen to grow with the needs of the business.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role and or an Assistant Accountant role and looking to step up.
