Role Sage People Consultant aka HRIS Consultant, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, HR MI / Data analyst
Location – Fully remote – Once a month meetings Midlands / S East – c. once a month meeting clients
Salary 50 – 60K + 10% Bonus, 25 Days + B'Day + 3 Volunteering days, Pension, 5x Life, Accreditations / Training
The role will be working with clients looking to implement Sage People Solutions Leading multiple ongoing deployments.
This would include
- Requirements gathering (Functional / Technical)
- Configuration and oversight of development efforts
- Support through go-live activities
- Support risk mitigation project planning meetings with colleagues and customers
- Maintain Sage People knowledge through training project work and accreditations
- Project Management of small deployments
You
We seek someone with a strong background in HRIS Systems implementations specifically Sage People to a level where they can effectively scope projects and advise of any gaps between it and customer requirements. Someone who also can act into a consultative manner with clients.
