As Commercial Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner this role will be one of a chain of new commercial roles that has been triggered by demand for commercial incite, performance and true business partnering across 30+ cost centers. Beyond the two core corporate responsibilities of producing a 12 month forecasts and budget this role has plenty of time to add true value to the business. Other responsibilities will include and not be limited to;
- Driving P&L performance with detailed financial/commercial review of its cost centers
- Challenging utilisation and business sales rate versus cost rate across the business
- Working on structuring and the delivery of multi million-pound bids and tenders with key partners
- Assisting future acquisitions including due diligence and M&A
- Managing a small team
- Presenting to, and challenging key stakeholders including CEO/CFO and Partners/directors
- Providing KPI performance metrics of key work streams
Make no mistake, this is a key role in a new commercial finance team with a truly enviable career path ready and waiting! It will require the incumbent to be ACMA/ACA or ACCA qualified with post qualified exposure in the areas of commercial finance. You must be able to demonstrate a business partnering approach with exquisite communication skills both verbally and by way of report presenting.
