Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise the supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance and food safety regulations are being met throughout the supply chain.
- Analysing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement the required actions.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Lead, train and develop the operations team, to maximise performance.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
