Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining the CRM and ensuring that client data is organised.
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting the events team in identifying and creating targeted invite lists for events
- Supporting the content team in maintaining quality mailer tools, dealing with any registrations, bounce backs or unsubscribes.
- Supporting the business development team by generating reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Person specification
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
