Data Quality Administrator

Background

This role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is permanent and hybrid working is available.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the CRM and ensuring that client data is organised.
  • Ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting the events team in identifying and creating targeted invite lists for events
  • Supporting the content team in maintaining quality mailer tools, dealing with any registrations, bounce backs or unsubscribes.
  • Supporting the business development team by generating reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Person specification

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
