You will:
- NQ to 5 PQE (preferably)
- Have had exposure to sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfer of equity
- You will be able to manage a varied and busy caseload from inception to completion.
- You will have a proven track record of billings.
- You will be ambitious, driven, and have a high level of regard for your work.
- You will enjoy client interaction, and will have a keen eye for business development and the promotion of your firm in the local community.
