My client, a leading distribution company based in Andover are looking to recruit a full time Warehouse Operative for their nightshift on an ongoing temporary basis. The role will have the potential to become permanent positions after a period of time, typically 4-6 months with an immediate start.
Duties to include:
- despatch of products using scanners.
- quality checking product before despatch.
- manual handling.
- order picking / packing.
- use of forklift to replenish and pick stock.
Standard warehouse on nights is £13.65 per hour but rises to £14.35 once trained on forklift. Candidates with a Forklift licence (Reach or Counterbalance) would start immediately on the higher rate.
Hours of work are 21.30 - 06.30 Sunday to Thursday nights covering 40 hours per week.
