Role Description
- Taking an active role within the recruitment process including interviews, new starter paperwork, inductions and contracts
- Supporting with disciplinary, investigations and minute taking
- Looking after accommodation for residents on site
- Working with managers to support the training process, culture changes and interview processes
- Being responsible for sickness, absence management and long-term sick
- Responsible to due diligence and GDPR including auditing and ethical auditing
- Covering for the HR manager in their absence
Skills and Qualifications
- Driving License
- Experience in HR or employee relations
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
