What you'll be doing:
Supporting Financial Planners with a variety of administrative tasks.

About the company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial advisory firm that specialises in providing tailored financial planning services to individuals and businesses. The company offers expert advice on investments, retirement planning, wealth management, and protection solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Supporting Financial Planners: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Managing Client Data: Obtain valuations, product details, and financial information for analysis.
  • Processing Transactions: Manage new business applications, withdrawals, and fund switches.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Book client review meetings and maintain the Financial Planner's diary.
  • Client Queries: Respond to client and third-party queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure client files are compliant and up to regulatory standards.

Hours & Benefits:

  • 36 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • 3% employer pension contributions

  • Every 3 years earn an extra day holiday up to 5 days
  • Flexi-start two days a week (Mon-Thurs) 8.00am - 4.30pm
