Business Development Executive

My client is an award-winning telecommunications company looking to recruit New Business Development Executives to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads, with a focus on passing these leads to senior executive.

As you grow into the role, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility in driving the full sales cycle. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for business growth. You'll be working with a database and purchased leads, using adaptable scripts, handling objections, and building strong relationships to help exceed sales targets.

Previous B2B sales experience is desired but the want to succeed, tenacity and drive to work to targets is essential.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.45am-5pm and Friday 8.45am - 4pm

In return, you will be given a basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience with uncapped commissions, exclusive trips and getaway incentives, social events, 22 days holiday, plus bank holiday plus an extra day for your birthday and annual summer parties.
