Facilities Manager - Hard and Soft FM

Position: Facilites ManagerLocation: Aberdare, WalesRole Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours
The role holder will manage a team of approx. 15 to 20 people plus sub-contractors, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained and that service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's. You'll also monitor and control supplier, sub-contractor and labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Building a strong working relationship with internal and external customers including sub-contractors is important in this role, to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner.
You'll be responsible for compiling accurate management information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders, and play a key role to support any site audits, including but not limited to, quality, health and safety, and environmental.
The successful Facilities Manager will have experience of both Hard and Soft FM.
You will hold a suitable Health and Safety certificate (IOSH Managing Safely or similar) and knowledge of Quality Management Systems is extremely desirable.
