A fast-paced property development and construction consultancy are looking for a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor to support the growth of their Manchester based team.
The Associate Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in developing the team and contributing to the growth of this division and service line.
Alongside this, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects such as new build housing and hotel schemes, university refurbishments and new build commercial offices, ranging from £50k to £35m.

The Associate Building Surveyor
The Associate Building Surveyor will be a confident and client-facing individual with similar consultancy experience behind them.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
- Experience in successful delivering both project and professional services
- Team management & business development experience is beneficial
- A trust-worthy and self-reliant individual
