Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the education sector? We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our clients dedicated team. As a key member of our administrative and finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of their secondary school.
Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts
  • Collaborate with staff and external stakeholders on financial matters
  • Support payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Handle petty cash and other financial tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant finance or accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a finance role, preferably within an educational setting
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
