Nursery Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join the team at a Kirkby-based Primary School on a full-time basis, starting on Monday 2nd September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Nursery-aged children. They will need to be able to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, whilst also fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning to Nursery-aged children
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
- Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and support where necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression in the learning of Nursery students
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and wellbeing
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider life of the school
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in a Nursery classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Passionate about education and committed to ensuring that all children achieve their full potential
