This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Milton Keynes.
Are you an experienced Generalist HR Advisor ready to start your next contract?
Joining a busy team of 3, the HR Advisor will work very closely with the HR Manager is providing a first class HR service for approx 140 employees. The role will be based out of Milton Keynes, however there will be occasion when you will support HR at another office.
The role:
Advise, guide management in a wide range of policies and process
Support, guide, Advisor management in a wide range of employee relations - Disciplinary, grievance, redundancy Flexible working, probationary reviews.
Support the HR manager in administration of the firm benefits schemes
Support the HR manager in Recruitment and onboarding activity
Working with external payroll provider to ensure payroll is processed accurately each month
Responsible for leading in training and inductions
To review and recommend improvements to current HR systems, maintaining accurate data.
Take responsibility for managing the Apprenticeship Scheme and preparing monthly reporting for the HR Manager regarding progress.
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Advisor who has experience in managing payroll calculations and reconciliations, this is an essential criteria.
