Due to continued growth, our clientnhave an opening for an experienced Payroll expert to join our Payroll department as a Payroll Lead at our Altrincham office. Hybrid working options are available subject to training and probation.
The Role:
- Overseeing the day to day and operations of the Payroll department and to manage your own Payroll cluster
- Completing of daily payrolls (PAYE,Umbrella & CIS)
- Ensuring department SLAs are met
- Be accountable for validations, reconciliations and payroll audits
- Manage the workplace pension scheme and salary sacrifice arrangements

Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Extensive payroll experience
- Previous management experience
- Experience with high volume transaction processing
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills
