Murray McIntosh is currently working with a leading engineering and maintenance provider who are seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis as detailed below:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the current team of Subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed to expected levels, on time and on budget
- Reviewing progress and approving risk management recommendations
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met working with the wider SHEQ team
Requirements:
- Effective experience in change management
- A proven track record delivering projects with Subcontractors/ Supplier Network
- Strong technical experience in Automations and Controls or similar engineering disciplines
- NEC Contractual awareness
- Willing to travel to client sites as and when required
- A good commercial acumen, managing technical, cost, schedule, and contract baselines.
