Our client is looking for a senior sales negotiator / valuer to join them to cover the areas from Exeter outskirts and East Devon villages. They are ideally looking for an experienced valuer but if you are ready to move into that position and to progress, they can provide some training on the valuations side with an excellent in-house mentor. They are looking for a sharp and driven individual who would like to work for a dynamic independent firm who can offer them real career progression. You will have your own car and a desire to better yourself as an estate agent. This is a role for an experienced estate agent that has confidence in their own ability and would like to earn great commission!
They can offer an excellent package with a basic salary in the region of £23,000 but super commission structure with an on-target income in the region of £36-40,000 based on current figures. They have a huge market share locally and due to a progression within the company this role has recently become available. They offer private health cover and mileage allowance plus they work a five-day working week with lie time for working a Saturday.
