The Role

As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you will manage the sales ledger to ensure the timely receipt of payment for our client's services.

You'll play a key role in maintaining a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through to payment, raising and processing invoices. You will ensure invoices are accurately prepared and issued in a timely manner, managing the debtor book and running the sales fulfilment process.

Driving efficiency and continuous improvement of our sales ledger processes, you'll reconcile daily bank receipts, seek to reduce debtor days and efficiently manage our client's accounts receivable mailbox.

Additionally, you will:

  • Produce regular reports on aged debtor analysis at-risk accounts
  • Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Finance Team with other tasks and projects

About You

To be considered as aSales Ledger Assistant, you will need:

  • Sales ledger experience, including both invoicing and credit control
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a wide and dynamic team
