Your new schoolWe are working with a two-form entry primary school in Kensington and Chelsea that is searching for a primary class teacher to start in September 2024. This school fosters a strong partnership between home and school and ensures students achieve their personal best, while nurturing individual abilities and encouraging independent thinking.
The school also promotes healthy lifestyles, environmental respect, and kindness amongst its pupils. Your new role as KS1 or KS2 Class TeacherAs Key Stage 1 or 2 Teacher, your duties will include:
Preparing lessons, homework assignments and coursework materials
- Developing lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of national examinations.
- Evaluating homework and classwork in a timely manner
- Recording and maintaining accurate student attendance and attainment records and grades
- Preparing regular reports for parents and attending parent's meetings
- Behaviour and classroom management

- Qualified Teacher Status
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Evidence of good/outstanding school experience placements/observations
