Paid Social Manager - Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for a Paid Social Manager to join a global iGaming business that has a multi-million-pound search budget focused on the UK, Spain, Canada, and LATAM with plans to enter many new markets in Q4 and 2025. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working (2 days from home), an annual bonus, healthcare and a pension scheme.

You will be responsible for managing, optimising and developing full funnel campaigns across multiple markets, but will focus on new markets such as

Greece, Brazil and the USA.

This role will involve overseeing the development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across various platforms and markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Paid Social management.

What you'll do as Paid Social Manager:

  • Take responsibility for designated markets, managing the channels. Tasks include briefing in creative, publishing assets, targeting set-up, optimising campaigns and routinely reporting results.
  • Working with colleagues globally to help plan, deliver and execute successful monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for Paid Social channels.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and marcoms/creative teams to produce creative assets including visual images and video plus copywriting.
  • Analyse successful ads to recommend and initiate A/B testing models in multi markets across different platforms.
  • Measure campaigns in line with CPA and CLV targets. This includes bottom of funnel customer acquisition campaigns and higher funnel campaigns which are evaluated on softer brand related metrics.
  • Responsible for developing complex strategies but also be able to explain them to nurture junior members of staff and non-digital stakeholders.
  • Liaise with data side of the marketing team to ensure tracking is set-up optimally. Implement tracking links and landing pages to ensure all published ads are fully functional.
  • Absorb overseas market nuances and understand how different cultures and audience behaviours feed into marketing strategies beyond the UK.
  • Review competitor ads for inspiration and insights related to what you do, and present quarterly insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead reports for your campaigns on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, including the Quarterly Business Review among stakeholders.
  • Develop forecast and mid-year reforecast projections based on trends and expectations for your managed campaigns.

We're looking for a Paid Social Manger with:

  • Experience in Paid Social campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Meta and similar platforms with a strong understanding of campaign setup and optimisation.
  • Experience with creative briefing, ad testing methodologies, and bid management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry, including compliance knowhow.
  • Experience working with Tableau or digital visualisation tools.
  • Experience using Appsflyer.
  • Sound understanding of Paid Social platforms (Meta/X/Snap) and their features (Advantage+, VBO)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products to report results – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Sufficiency managing five-and-six-figure budgets over extended periods, plus any relevant experience working in LATAM or US markets
  • Experience in the Greek market is preferable but not essential
