Senior Service Advisor
- Annual Salary: £28,500 (£40,000 OTE)
- Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:30 - 12:30
I'm working on behalf of a leading dealership in Basingstoke who are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
Day to Day of the role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles.
- Manage communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Provide customers with estimates and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service or repair.
- Accurately invoice and cost jobs for warranty/goodwill submissions.
- Present detailed invoices to customers and facilitate payment in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor workshop job progress, advising service reception of any delays or complications.
- Offer guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
