Reporting directly to their exceptional FD, the Management Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function across all areas. This role offers broad exposure to financial operations, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. As part of a small but high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting
- Supporting outsourced accountants on preparation of financial reporting
- Lead audit schedule and process
- Implement and improve cash management and treasury practice
- Manage and improve on strong internal controls
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience in a early stage tech organisation.
- Broad financial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and development.
