Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy for a marine services company specialising in ship repair, maintenance, and dry-docking.
This role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing IT infrastructure, and spearheading digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and integration.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years as a CTO or similar role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is highly desirable.
