In this role, you'll be at the heart of implementing our software solutions, providing expert training on our Networx recruitment modules. Whether you have experience in one or both systems, we'd love to hear from you. You'll deliver training remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure our customers get the most out of our solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the implementation of IRIS Networx software solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations and deliver the anticipated business benefits.
  • Delivering training on the Networx recruitment modules, both remotely and on-site.
  • Creating bespoke training materials tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
  • Travelling across the UK to support our clients and enhance their experience with IRIS Networx solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal staff and customer project delivery teams to achieve project goals.
  • Providing solutions to complex challenges, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our software.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in delivering HR/Payroll/Recruitment software integrations, demonstrating hands-on expertise in this field.
  • Experience in developing tailored training materials based on customer needs.
  • Proven experience in training new joiners, with a track record of onboarding and mentoring staff.

To excel in this role, you should also have:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for delivering training and interacting with clients.
  • Problem-solving ability, with a knack for resolving complex challenges related to the product.
