Your new company

A large facilities management and maintenance provider for the UK Military are looking for an administrator to join their fast-paced team based in Portsmouth.

Your new role

  • Review purchase orders and work orders
  • Prepare and maintain reports and filing systems
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls
  • Assist with formal meetings - taking minutes and create action logs

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience as an administrator, ideally within Facilities Management/ MOD but not essential and you will be required to travel to the Southampton site once per week (mileage included) so your own transport is required.
