Property Manager
- Location: Exeter or Plymouth

- Salary: From £30,000 per annum with car allowance plus other benefits

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team, offering a diverse and expanding role that involves hands-on management of both residential and commercial properties. This position requires dealing with all aspects of property management, including client reporting, landlord/tenant liaison, appointment of contractors, rent collection, and complex service charge administration. There is also the opportunity to develop the role further.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure timely client reporting and effective landlord/tenant liaison.
- Oversee the appointment of contractors and manage service agreements.
- Handle rent collection and service charge administration.
- Maintain high standards of property management and client satisfaction.
- Work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Experience in property management is required.
