The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and excel at working autonomously to help cover all aspects of the company's accounts payable tasks, including invoice coding and processing, identifying discrepancies in invoices, maintaining control accounts, reconciling bank statements, producing Month End accruals and monthly netting. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance and gain the opportunity to expand your knowledge further.
What you will need:
- Able to work autonomously and be self-organised to ensure deadlines are met.
- Good understanding of Excel and experience with accounts payable responsibilities. Particularly advantageous if you have experience reconciling account balances.
- Possess a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and effectively address issues. Be detail oriented, taking pride in the accuracy and quality of your work.
- Have excellent communication skills and be eager to contribute to the team to ensure cohesive collaboration.
