A well-established FinTech SaaS Organisation based in Glasgow are looking for a Junior/Graduate SQL Developer to join their hybrid squad.

They've been operating very successfully across the UK and have managed to increase their headcount by 50% over the last 5 years as they continue through a significant period of growth. We have worked with this organisation for several years now and have heard great things first-hand, they have a strong technical environment, a great employee culture and as a result, impressive retention rates.

The company are based in central Glasgow and continue to grow their tech team. They have an experienced development team inhouse, and you will work closely alongside them. They're currently looking for an SQL Developer to join one of their core squads, this product works around the clock and is definitely one of their business-critical platforms.

Some desirable skills include:
- Excellent communicator (as this role will have an element of client liaison)
- Experience carrying out SQL development (commercially or through personal/dissertation projects)
- Change control awareness
- Good awareness of the software development/implementation lifecycle phases
- MS-SQL
- Experience with performance suites e.g. Power BI

You will need to be a commutable distance from either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office as they require you to be in the office at least 2 days per week (Glasgow is the preference). They have very modern offices so you would definitely be looked after!

Some of their benefits include:
- Private medical insurance
- 34 days of holiday, including 8 public holidays
- Bonus scheme
- Extensive access to learning and development platforms

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a thriving and fast-paced organisation. If you're a Junior SQL Developer and you're interested in furthering your skills, please get in touch with Olivia at Cathcart Technology.
