Description

  • Leading the Human Resources function in a stand-alone role.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Managing and implementing L&D strategies.
  • Strong focus on D&I strategies and implementation.
  • Overseeing employee services and counselling.
  • Creating and revising job descriptions, and contracts.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Experience and confident in a stand-alone role
  • TUPE experience
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in HR systems and databases
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
