Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compliant mortgage and protection advice to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers.
- Offer tailored advice, ensuring suitability and affordability for clients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation throughout the mortgage process.
- Stay updated with the latest mortgage products and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a mortgage broker.
- Fully CE-MAP qualified.
- Experience working on a self-employed basis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of protection products.
- Familiarity with the Solution Builder system is a plus, but not essential.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, from our Essex office.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Utilize the Mortgage Brain sourcing system for accurate product information.
- Maintain close contact with clients throughout the property purchase process.
Compliance & Professionalism:
- Adhere to the FCA and Ashleigh Green Financial Services Ltd compliance standards.
- Follow our sales and compliance procedures meticulously.
- Ensure all advice and documentation are accurate and compliant.
