Role and responsibilities
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work on a profile of both residential and commercial properties, delivering a range of projects, with a particular focus on major insurance claims.
Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor, will involve delivering a comprehensive range of both professional and project service lines.
Person specification
- MRICS qualification is preferred (or keen to pursue chartership)
- RICS accredited degree
- A consultancy or private practice background
- Residential experience would be advantageous
- A dedicated individual, with strong communication and leadership qualities
