Property Manager - Bournemouth (Fully home based) - £40-55k (plus commission)
We're working with one of the fastest growing, most desirable employers in Property Management, whose multi-award winning service has seen them grow exponentially year on year to the point where they are now looking to open additional offices in key locations across the UK.
As a result, they now seek a new business savvy, highly competent and driven Property Manager in Bournemouth as follows:
- Working fully home based, in or close to Bournemouth with good local knowledge of the area
- Occasional visits to HQ in London (for the purpose of team & business meetings as required)
- A two-fold role focused on (a) the oversight of South Coast sites already under management and (b) the onboarding/mobilisation of additional sites as they are won/move over into management
- Experience of handovers / mobilisation essential
- Daily interaction with the incumbent mobilisation team
- Undertaking the full range of duties relating the sites already being managed (i.e. budgets, maintenance, works, resident correspondence etc.)
- Thoroughness, transparency, accountability and quality are absolutely key - our client has grown through dedication to it's values and expects to recruit a like-minded property manager for a newly opened office

- Scope to manage staff / a region as the portfolio (and our client's presence across the South Coast) grows
- Stable career history with a proven track record undertaking the full range of duties essential
Salary for the successful Property Manager is completely negotiable and will depend on your experience and qualification but will likely fall between £40-55k to start with bonuses/commission payable for any new business directly tied to your networking.
