Energy Modelling Trainer

About the Role

This employer is a global leader in Energy Tech software and are seeking an out-going and professional person for the role of a Trainer (Knowledge Analyst) on the Customer Learning Team. The company has consistently grown its global client base and the successful candidate will have many opportunities to interface with a diverse mix of clients to enhance their software user experience. This is a new role and a key hire within the European business unit.

This is a new role and a key hire within the EMEA team. You do not need to have training experience but would like to be in a role helping people solve real world energy scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and conduct training sessions both in-person and online on how to utilise the Energy tech software within real world energy market modelling scenarios
Develop engaging and effective training materials to accommodate the needs of diverse energy audiences.
Analyse requirements and developed customised training programs providing a personalized learning experience.
Work closely with various team in collaboration to stay updated on software enhancements, new features, and client feedback, ensuring alignment between training content and product updates.
This role will travel in the EMEA region regularly to train customers and globally on occasion for conferences. Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

Experience with energy market modelling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and learn new techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver technical concepts to a wide audience
Ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams
