Requirements:
- Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status
- Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, in addition to possessing the IOA Diploma
- Competence in addressing technical issues during assessments
- Established track record of successfully delivering projects while closely engaging with key stakeholders across the development life cycle
- Previous experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Adapt project plans and designs to comply with client specifications and statutory guidelines
- Conduct regular noise and vibration inspections to ensure adherence to building regulations and British standards at all project stages
- Offer expert guidance and remedial advice to clients to mitigate technical issues that may impact project completion and timelines
